SAGASSER has the privilege of welcoming its new partner: Sabine Leuschner.
Sabine Leuschner, attorney-at-law admitted to the Paris and Frankfurt Bars, specialises in international taxation and has extensive experience in cross-border structuring of investment funds and asset management, particularly in the real estate sector. Her international skills have also been further developed by obtaining a master’s degree in international asset management from ESCP and international taxation from the University of Hamburg.
During her long career, Sabine Leuschner has been involved in numerous transactions, particularly in the real estate sector, involving mainly French and German-speaking countries. She has a unique and transverse expertise in the design, creation and restructuring of international investment funds thanks to her ability to understand and articulate together the legal, regulatory and tax aspects and to her ability to keep in mind the specific interests of the investor, either individual or institutional.
Her previous experience as an internal advisor to portfolio management companies enables her to understand the particular needs of her clients and to find pragmatic solutions to the problems they face. This includes in particular the coordination of international investors for the management of their assets.
For more information, we invite you to consult Sabine Leuschner’s profile in the Team section.
