Teimour Agaev is a dual-qualified lawyer admitted to the Moscow Bar in 2002 and to the Paris Bar in 2008, he is a partner in Astey.
Teimour focuses on mergers and acquisitions, business and private asset structuring, taxation of individuals, wealth management law and intellectual property including copyright law and trademarks with the emphasis on complex cross-border and international transactions.
For over than last 15 years Teimour advised companies and private clients on the vast range of legal aspects related to investments to France and assisted foreign and multination companies in their establishment and development in Russia.
Teimour is a graduate from the Moscow State University of International Relations and the University Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas.
Prior to joining Sagasser Teimour has been a cofounder and was a managing partner of a French-Russian law firm with the offices in Paris and Moscow and previously worked in the Paris office of a notorious French law firm.
