Georgy Tsagaraev is a junior associate specializing in corporate law issues related to the incorporation of companies and legal support of their activities, from their formation to their daily operations.
He is also involved in conducting due diligence of legal entities, as well as in consulting Russian companies on contract law issues and interaction with their counterparties.
Before joining the firm, Georgy had several internships with various Russian state authorities.
