Anna Lebedeva
Anna Lebedeva joined the firm in 2015 and has developed a solid experience in assisting multinational clients in Russia.
Ms. Anna Lebedeva specializes in corporate law and commercial law issues in relation to setting up businesses and legal support of their activities, from their formation to their day-to-day operations, including labor and migration law when hiring foreign workers.
Ms. Lebedeva advises clients on Russian taxation of their personal income from foreign sources. She also assists our clients with acquisition of real estate and industrial assets in Russia. Ms. Lebedeva is involved in most of the firm’s due diligence projects in relation to Russian targets of foreign investors.
Before joining the firm in 2015, Ms. Lebedeva worked in the Russian subsidiary of a large international corporation, where she was involved in corporate restructuring and carried out in-house contractual work.
