Étienne ÉPRON notably worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of the Moscow Office of GIDE LOYRETTE NOUEL from 2006 to 2009. Since his return to France, he has been assisting Western companies in the development of their activities in Russia and, in particular, with respect to the acquisition of Russian targets.
